Q: Do I need the original signed documents?
No. We can write to you lender and request a copy on your behalf.

Q: How much will I be charge for your service?
We charge a flat fee of 25% plus VAT on any PPI refund or compensation you receive.

Q: How long will it take?
It can take as little as just 8 weeks to process your claim, however it can take a little longer as banks are overwhelmed with Payment Protection Claims (PPI) claims.
